1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product
- You received the wrong product or variant
- The product is past its expiry date on arrival
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must initiate the return request within 48 hours of delivery
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Product has been opened or used
- Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery
- Product was purchased during a promotional sale or as part of a combo offer
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
- Personal dislike of fragrance, color, or texture after use
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@glowandcare.in within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product (with outer packaging if damaged)
- Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours
If approved, we will schedule a pickup or guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
- If the order was paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request your bank details for a NEFT transfer
5. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel an order before it is shipped by emailing us at info@glowandcare.in
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be initiated within 3–5 business days
6. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges. In eligible cases, you may return the item and place a new order separately.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours) with clear images. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
