1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India to most PIN codes. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you during checkout or shortly after placing the order.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
- A standard shipping fee of ₹49 may apply for orders below ₹499
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional charge as per courier policy
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be visible at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of placing the order
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- During peak seasons or promotional sales, order processing may take slightly longer
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 6–10 business days
Delivery time depends on your location and courier service availability.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An email and/or SMS with your tracking number
- A link to track your order in real-time via our shipping partner’s website
If you haven’t received a tracking update within 72 hours, feel free to contact us.
6. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Unexpected logistics issues
- Public holidays or strikes
- Remote or restricted access areas
Glow and Care is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery:
- Do not accept the package from the courier

Take clear photos of the package and the product inside (if already accepted)

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Failed Deliveries / Re-attempts
If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:
- The courier may attempt redelivery up to 2 times
- If undelivered, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you for re-shipping (additional charges may apply)
Please ensure your phone number and address are correct to avoid delays.
